- Bugs — if the count looks wrong, tell us the file type and what you expected
- Feature ideas — a section you want counted or excluded, like footnotes or appendices
- Feedback — what's working, what's confusing, what you wish it did
- Questions — how the count is calculated, or whether your university excludes references
It's a small team, so replies usually take a couple of business days. If it's a bug, include the file you uploaded and the count you got — it saves a back-and-forth.
